Is the lumbar hybrid procedure effective for multilevel lumbar degenerative discs?

Assoc Prof Matthew Scott-Young and Assist Prof Laurence McEntee’s 2018 paper published in Spine, has been featured in Becker’s Spine Review.

The results of their paper show that improvements in both back and leg pain and function can be achieved with the lumbar hybrid technique when total disc replacement and anterior lumbar interbody fusion are combined to treat multi-level spinal disease.
