Consultation Fees

For the amount of your surgeon’s consultation fees, please follow the link to your surgeon:

Your surgeon’s consultation fees are payable on the day of your appointment.  Gold Coast Spine accepts payment by way of Cash, EFTPOS, and Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard) for consultation fees.  Please note that personal and company cheques are not accepted at Gold Coast Spine.

Prepayments for Procedures

If your surgeon has recommended that you undergo surgery or another procedure, you will be provided with an Estimate in relation to your surgeon’s fees. The Estimate will note what prepayment is required prior to your procedure taking place.  Should you have any questions regarding the Estimate you have received please contact our staff in Financial Services.

Please note that prepayments for procedures are due 7 days prior to your procedure. 

Secure Westpac Bank Pay Way

Prepayment for your procedure may be made through the Westpac Bank Pay Way portal on this website.  We are able to accept Credit Card payments by way of Visa and Mastercard through the Pay Way portal. The link to the Westpac Bank Pay Way portal follows.  Please note the limit of $10,000 applies to a PayWay payment.  If your payment is in excess of $10,000, please split your payments into two PayWay payments.

Payment at Gold Coast Spine

Prepayment for your procedure may be made in person at Gold Coast Spine.  We are able to accept payments by way of Cash, bank cheque, EFTPOS, and Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard).  Please note that personal and company cheques are not accepted at Gold Coast Spine.

Internet banking EFT transfer

Prepayment for your procedure may be completed via an EFT payment through Internet Banking. 

Instructions and your surgeon’s bank account details for Internet EFT payments are noted in the Estimate you have been provided for your proposed procedure.  Please email us at finance@goldcoastspine.com to confirm that you have made an EFT transfer so that we may issue you with an appropriate receipt.  Please ensure that you include in your email:

  • The patient’s full name.
  • The patient’s date of birth
  • The amount of the prepayment made.
